1. Product Overview
DS200SDCCG5AHD (SDCC) is the core main control board of GE EX2000 digital excitation system, matched with Mark V gas turbine control rack. It adopts three independent 16-bit microprocessors with dual-port RAM interconnection to complete all real-time excitation control algorithms. The board integrates analog/digital signal conditioning circuit, SCR trigger output drive, multi-layer memory storage and system backplane communication interface. It realizes automatic voltage regulation, reactive power control, excitation limit protection and soft excitation start-stop functions for synchronous generators. Built-in comprehensive self-diagnosis logic monitors excitation circuit, power unit and board hardware faults, and uploads timestamped fault records to Mark V main DSPX board and plant DCS system via ISBus. EEPROM supports on-site modification of unit parameters without firmware rewrite. Conformal coated PCB adapts to high-temperature, high-vibration power plant control cabinets. GE stopped original new production, only refurbished and surplus spare parts available aftermarket.
